As I've mentioned in other posts, I don't really consider chasing pre-war cards to be a fun hobby, since they are so scarce and some command ridiculous, my-wife-will-kill-me prices. But I do keep an eye out and grab them if I see a good deal. The 1933 Ice Kings set is a nice, squarish, monochrome set that borrows photos from other releases of the period (which makes it hard to visually identify if I already have a card or just have a card of the same player from a different set).
